Customer Cancellation & Refund Request


Refund Policy:

Requests for cancellations and refunds must be received five (5) days prior to the start of the program; ten (10) days for children’s camps or the Before & After School Programs. Any additional documentation can be emailed to: [email protected].

  • Refunds will be issued after the program begins, except for medical reasons, see below. 

  • No refunds for one day programs or trips. 

  • If approved, refunds may be issued, minus an administrative fee.

  • Recreation Cards will not be refunded after two weeks of issue date or if the card has been used. Recreation Card refund requests must be done in person. Must include Rec Card with the written request. 

Medical Exemption:
A medical form signed by a doctor stating that the participant is unable to participate for the remainder of the program will entitle the participant to a refund or credit as outlined above. This should be emailed to: [email protected].

The Registration staff will enter a request and respond to you via email. Refund review and processing may take 2 or more weeks dependent on the refund type and if any other documentation is needed.
