New Account Information

New accounts require the primary holder to upload a Photo ID and Proof of Residency. Please see below for guidelines.

To determine residency, you can visit the Pinellas County Property Appraiser website and select “Search Our Database”. Dunedin residency must show a Tax District of “DN” or "DTF" to qualify for Resident Rates.

Proof of Residency: If your Residency cannot be verified via tax records and/or you are renting, Dunedin and Unincorporated residents must use the “Documents” section under “My Account” to upload proof of residency that contains your name, address and a date that is less than 90 days old, such as a utility bill or other formal mail.

If you do not submit I.D. and/or Proof of Residency and you make a purchase at the Resident or Unincorporated rate, your account may be placed into a pending status until the documents are received.

Active Military and Veterans can receive a free Rec Card which entitles the card holder to pay the discounted fee for classes and programs. Create your account, upload your proof of service and then wait for staff to email you before trying to add the recreation card to your cart. Adjustments are made to the account once it has been verified.

*Passwords are required to be 8 characters long with a minimum of one upper, one lower and one numeric character.

Household Primary Person or Parent Information (Must be 18 or Older)

Email is the primary way of contact from staff about your enrollment, reservation or inquiry.

Minimum of 1 Emergency or Alternate Contact Required (should be different than anyone listed above)

Additional Family Members ( Adult or Children, 6 months & up)

Additional Primary Person Information

Add all family members that will participate in programming before hitting save.

Only Parents or Legal Guardians (not grandparents, neighbors, etc.) should be adding minor children to the account.

IMPORTANT! After you hit save, please immediately do the following:
1. Note your Household ID Number
found on the top right of the next page. You need it to log back into your account.
2. Select the "Waivers" button on the homepage
to E-Authorize your Adult or Family Waivers for each participating member. Most passes and programming require it.
3. Purchase individual Recreation Memberships for Discounted Rates.
