Comment(s): This Comprehensive Waiver is Required once a year, per family member 18 years old or older, for All Programming and Activities. Upon adding this item to the cart, our Online Comprehensive Waiver will pop up. If it says the Activity has already started, please hit "continue". All participants 18 and older must E-Authorize their own waiver.You must sign a new Comprehensive Waiver and Upload Proof of Residency each year. See the document folder below for copies of the waiver and a "How-To" document for uploading your proof of residency. If you have just made your account, you will need to put this item in the cart before any other passes or programming. Then navigate to our "Memberships" page to select your Recreation card.*Waivers cannot be renewed. When prompted, please select "No" when it asks you if you want to renew the pass.
