Upon adding this item to the cart, the Online Comprehensive Waiver will pop up. If it says the Activity has already started, please hit "continue".All participants 18 and older must E-Authorize their own waiver. Additional parents or guardians living in the household should use the "Individual Adult Comprehensive Waiver" above.If you have just made your account, you will need to put this item in the cart before any other passes or programming. Then navigate to our "Memberships" page to select your Recreation card.You must sign a new Comprehensive Waiver and Upload Proof of Residency each year. See the document folder below for copies of the waiver and a "How-To" document for uploading your proof of residency. *Waivers cannot be renewed.
