Comment(s): This Comprehensive Waiver is for the Birth Parent (or Legal Guardian) and Children in the Household who wish to volunteer for city events. This waiver should be authorized after completing and uploading a volunteer application for each individual participating AND after you have received an approval email from staff. You will not be able to enroll in Volunteer Opportunities until you have been approved. The Adult and/or Family Waiver is also needed each year. NOTE:Upon adding this item and the Adult and/or Family Waiver to the cart, the Waivers will populate. After E-Authorizing the waivers, look below the shopping cart and select "Volunteer Opportunities" to enroll in Volunteer Opportunities.All participants 18 years and older must E-Authorize their own waiver. This waiver is not intended to be authorized by any family members other than the parent or legal guardian. Grandparents and Spouses that have not received legal authority are prohibited from authorizing this waiver. *Waivers cannot be renewed.
